Action Group Specialist

Key Role:

Support the Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) director, deputy director, and senior client staff to oversee, coordinate, develop or shape, and process the organization's timely responses to actions and queries, including internal and external formal tasking and requests for information (RFI). Support the director and deputy director's internal and external communications and issues, analyze, manage, and collate input, and produce AFCO activity summary reports to senior Air Force and intelligence community leadership. Manage the AFCO formal tasking process, including task assignment, suspense requirements, task response, and timeliness and assist with leveraging AFCO directorates' capability to effectively respond to tasking and RFIs. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure responses meet client established guidance and timelines. Develop and maintain program continuity files. Interact with AFCO senior leadership to ensure all aspects of the program meet the needs of the AFCO staff and assist executive staff support to AFCO leadership, as required.

Basic Qualifications

-8+ years of experience with Air Force ISR intelligence and Air Force, agency, or CSS SIGINT operations

-4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Experience with supporting teams to accomplish tasks in meeting mission requirements

-Experience with developing and managing electronic and hardcopy task continuity files

-Experience with developing, managing, and tracking tasking and suspenses

-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the development, processing, and quality control of intelligence documents

-Experience with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or advanced level competency

-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, data research, analysis, and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-AA or AS degree preferred; BA or BS degree a plus
