Multi-INT Collection Advisor, Senior

Key Role: 
Facilitate the development of governance forums and documents, including programmatic, policies, and procedural spanning one or more collection fields. Conduct in-depth assessments of strategic collection capabilities to support programmatic decision making. Support the development or review of multi-INT technical collection capability statements, including identifying and documenting future collection architecture needs regarding program and budget development. Assist with collection posture development, monitor community collection activities, and make recommendations to improve community collaboration. Provide advice on collection related tools and developing technologies and develop studies or surveys, synthesizing and analyzing results. Prepare, produce, and coordinate written products and briefings for executive level stakeholders on multi-discipline technical collection matters. Support the planning, facilitation, and after action needs for community sessions and outreach initiatives to address multi-discipline technical collection matters.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with collection across multiple INTs
-10+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community (IC)
-Experience with supporting senior officials in a headquarters staff environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of processes and procedures that help translate mission needs into programmatic requirements for collection capabilities
-Knowledge of the IC's structure, roles, and capabilities regarding collection
-Ability to manage competing priorities
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with planning, leading, and completing complex projects
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
