Job Description The Gig // Planning and organization of entire restaurant including operations, P&L management and people. // Leading, staffing, developing, and coaching all team members in your restaurant. // Conflict management and risk management of all team members. // Generate revenue using brand standards in order to hit revenue targets. // Prime cost management. // Delivers results in line with &pizza standards and goals. // Uphold &pizza operational standards to ensure a clean, safe work environment. // Conduct quality assurance using all tools and process'. // Build relationships with vendors, community and neighbors. // Ensure curated experience and service for all guests. Requirements // Preferred Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business. // Min 2-3 years work experience in restaurant management is required. // Exceptional communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external guests. // Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills is preferred (data base extraction, filters, pivot tables, graphs). // Food Handlers and alcohol service training preferred. // Must have flexible work schedule including evenings and late nights. // Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time and lift 30lbs at a time.
