Job Title: DLA IT Systems Audit Manager Work Location: VA, PA, FL, OH, MI Clearance: Minimum Secret clearance, TS desired Please note that you must be a US citizen to apply to this job listing Education: Bachelor's Degree desired Certification: CPA in good standing Experience: 6 years of relevant experience (including at least 2 years with the government in leading and providing technical direction on audit and/or audit advisory projects) Travel: Occasional Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Listing Number: DLA-028 CLC: DLA IT Systems Audit Manager Specific Duties: Apply accounting principles and theories to assist management in making informed decisions, solve complex problems, and help managers improve performance in accordance with laws, standards, and regulations. Manage projects and provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks. Participate in planning of engagement and in all tasks delegated by Managers. Design, implement and manage accounting or audit projects. Analyze and develop client solutions with team. Interface with the client on a day-to-day basis. Direct the completion of project specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints and ensures deliverables are in compliance with PWS. Manage day-to-day activities and review work products for completeness and adherence to applicable regulations and customer requirements. Deliver presentations and lead client meetings. Required Skills: This position requires the individual to be a Certified Public Accountant, in good standing, with at least 6 years of experience, including at least 2 with government, in leading and providing technical direction on audit and/or audit advisory projects Must have a minimum of 6 years of applicable financial or business experience, including at least 2 years of management experience. Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.) Excellent analytical and writing skills Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations and the principles of being directly involved in the acquisition aspect Knowledgeable in OMB Circulars A-123, Management's Responsibility for Internal Control; A-127, Financial Management Systems; A-134, Financial Accounting Principles and Standards; and the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual requirements Experience working with DoD/DLA Minimum Secret clearance, TS desired CPA in good standing Bachelor's Degree desired 6 years of relevant experience (including at least 2 years with the government in leading and providing technical direction on audit and/or audit advisory projects) To apply to this position please go to https://s4inc. applicantpool. com/jobs/ to complete and an employment application and to upload your resume.
