Job Duties Representation of all commissioning policy administration Auditing of commissioning threshold information Test and monitor all commission calculations Monitor status of unsigned commission/compensation plan Knowledge of all commissioning participant detail Process commissioning adjustments and corrections, as necessary Research/resolve commissioning issues, providing prompt and courteous assistance Keep management appropriately informed of commissioning activity and any significant issues Attend and participate in meetings as required Coordinate with related departments as required With each new fiscal year, participate in rolling out new plans, including plan and systems design, training, and updating policies and processes Generate internal documentation on compensation plans, reporting guidelines and compensation related FAQs and manage employee inquiries Distribution of incentive plans and SPIF programs along with regular reporting and analysis on plan issuance, acknowledgement and reconciliation with HR records Maintain reporting for Senior Leadership to provide insight into quarterly compensation trends and performance Generate periodic and ad-hoc financial and operational reporting and analysis Prepare presentations for review with departmental stakeholders and Senior Leadership Qualifications Job Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years of experience. MBA a plus. Strong knowledge of Xactly and Salesforce platforms Strong knowledge of general financial accounting, budgeting, analysis and reporting Direct experience providing strategic analysis for sales or service organizations including financial, sales, resource allocation and compensation analysis and reporting Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Highly organized, with focus on creating, implementing and maintaining new processes Proficiency in MS Office products with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Preferred familiarity with business intelligence products with foundational knowledge of relational database structure
