The AD, Clinical Operations & Implementation will be operations-focused and will support Evolent knowledge and perspective through implementation across the enterprise. Support also includes connecting partners and market leaders to central resources, identification of service and/or program gaps and supporting design of action plans, tracking to completion. What YouA$ cents ? ll Be Doing: Responsible for the coordination of market training needs including new hires, ongoing, and refresher training. Ensure the delivery of and assist in market-specific training including supporting new content needs and development. Oversees market performance management implementation and ongoing review. Serve as subject matter expert on clinical operations to collaborate with Clinical Innovations team related to new programs and enhancements to existing programs and Research & Development pilots. Facilitate testing and refining of workflows that support sustainable transformation, and guide practices as they expand interventions to additional patient populations Contributes to the ongoing improvement and development of technology platform, helping to drive efficacy and functionality for users. Support policy and procedure development, integrating work of all positions within the care management organization, and ensures policies and procedures are understood and followed Collaborate with central and market resources related to reporting to develop resources for managing productivity and performance Ensures standards of practice and policies are compliant with NCQA and other regulatory guidelines and standards Partners with all markets to share successes and barriers to implement positive change across the enterpriseBachelorA$ cents ? s degree and 6 plus years relevant experience in clinical operations (Degree in Nursing, Business Administration/Hospital Administration/ Public Health strongly preferred.) Two to Three years of supervisory or practice management experience. Finishing Touches (Preferred): Sophisticated knowledge of clinical operations in managed care, including care management policies, disease state and population management and membersA$ cents ? rights and responsibilities, and the ability to quickly understand and assess the practices of client organizations. Desire for and capability to drive toward and achieve a high standard of quality and results. Entrepreneurial mindset geared toward the creation, execution and continuous improvement of a new care management model from the ground up. Intellectual curiosity and an ability to view old problems with a fresh perspective. Ability to understand the workflow of the multiple components of the company and client, and to create and implement integrated policies, procedures and creative solutions.
