EOEu00a0> > > > u00a0Administrative Positionsu00a0> u00a0 Associate Director of Marketing for Graduate and Adult Programs Job Search Status: Currently Accepting Resumes Job Description The Associate Drector of Marketing for Graduate and Adult Programs is responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans to attract, sustain and retain students for the Mountu2019s adult accelerated undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs, as well as the conference center at the Mount's Frederick campus. As a member of the Office of Marketing and Communications staff, and working with the Frederick campus executive director and community outreach and business operations director, as well as directors of programs for adult students, the associate director of marketing will produce and place advertising and marketing materials; identify public relations and branding opportunities - including earned media, online and social media venues; create collateral materials supporting enrollment growth; and create and maintain web copy. Reporting to the Mount's executive director of marketing, the manager will spend approximately two days per week at the Frederick campus, and three days per week at the Mount's main campus in Emmitsburg. Primary Job Responsibilities Develop an annual marketing plan, and manage the advertising budget to implement the plan. Coordinate the production of multi-channel advertising and promotion campaigns to build and support enrollment in the programs offered in Frederick. Collect and analyze data related to marketing, communications, the website and the impact on enrollment. Work closely with directors, faculty and advisors to understand their programs and create content to market programs. Work closely with the director of community outreach and business operations to increase the visibility of the university and to create new business partnerships within the greater Frederick market with the goal of increasing enrollment. In conjunction with the appropriate program directors, revise, update and maintain the relevant university webpages impacting the Mountu2019s accelerated undergraduate and graduate programs.u00a0 Identify opportunities for media coverage about programs and students, and draft press releases in conjunction with the director of communications. Develop an ongoing archive of student testimonials and photos for use in advertising programs Develop and update as needed collateral materials required for marketing programs. Coordinate materials as needed internally, including conferencing needs, and externally at community outreach events. Assist Office of Marketing and Communications operations as needed. Preferred Skills Familiarity with online marketing strategies, advertising best practices and data analysis Strong writing skills in both press release and advertising copy writing styles Strong interpersonal communications and relationship building skills, Knowledge of graphic designprinciples, Familiarity with graphic design programs such as InDesign and Photoshop are a plus but not required Knowledge of best practices for website content Familiarity with email marketing Photography Social media skills, especially familiarity with Facebook and Twitter Proficiency in budget tracking Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree, and at least three years of relevant experience in marketing and/or communications fields are required. Strong writing skills are necessary.
