For more information, visit VP of Operations objective is to lead the project delivery, core service, and critical/FM service teams of the business. Has complete responsibility for the development and execution of key processes, systems, and the team members leading and working in the Operations group. The positon is key to the continued growth and the operational, financial, customer satisfaction, and safety success of the business., Management of the Projects Team Leader ensuring projects are resourced and delivered by the team on time and on budget. Management of the Core Service Team Leader that delivers preventative maintenance and spot projects for contract customers. Management of the Critical/FM Team Leader responsible for the contract requirement delivery and vendor management. Accountable for the financial results of all Operations teams. Building and maintaining the teams required to meet both financial and operational plans. Aligns Operations team to work together to drive financial and operational goals. Owns the overall processes and tools that are used in the Operations team including process improvement. Works with key external and internal customers to establish relationships that result in better business outcomes. Ensures that quality standards are: assigned, measured, and met. Drives a culture of safety through following required safety plans. Must be able to manage several workflows simultaneously. Has the ability to drive decisions across multiple groups across the entire team (inside and outside of operations)Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or technical school or 10 years related experience. Minimum of five (5) years project and/or service management experience in HVAC or related construction field. Proven experience managing technicians or field employees and staff and management employees. Experience in complex projects involving multiple subcontractors with multiple month schedules. Experience working with and understanding profit and loss financial statements, project costing, and contract profitability.
