Responsibilities: Perform analysis and prepare pricing response on competitive service contracts ranging in size from $1M to $100M or higher Work with Executive Leadership to devise and recommend bidding strategies to effectively compete against competitors Interact with Capture Managers and capture team members, business development and contracts departments, and the executive management to fully understand Level of Effort and pricing requirements Summarize the details of the conclusions derived from the competitive analysis; conduct formal briefings to executive management; respond effectively to various competitive scenarios and counterpoints during real-time strategy discussion Conduct pricing proposal reviews and win strategy workshops Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and executive leadership relating to competitive pricing analysis Direct analysis of the solicitation's pricing requirements and evaluation criteria post-RFP, gather intelligence, and develop a competitive pricing analysis culminating in a target rate, win price, or other analysis as appropriate Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (additional years of experience may substitute for a degree) At least six (6+) years of professional service in pricing, program control, financial analysis, market research, or consulting focused on providing business strategies, competitive intelligence, or market research within the Federal marketplace Understanding of federal government pricing process and policies, FAR, DFAR, compliance matrixes, and GSA Schedule contracts Strong understanding of various contract types (FFP, FPLOE, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, T&M, GSA Schedule, BPA and IDIQ schedules) Understanding of Wage Determinations for Service Contract Act (SCA) employees Understanding of the concept of cost vs. price, direct and indirect rate structures, professional compensation structures (salary and fringe), and labor classifications (exempt and non-exempt) Use of Microsoft Office applications with a strong focus on Excel Attention to detail, creativity, and inquisitiveness Ability to be equally successful working independently and within a team Good organizational skills specifically around manipulating spreadsheets to conduct what-if analyses Ability to generate moderate to complex Excel spreadsheets for presentation to leadership Excellent oral and written communication skills Travel may be required Ability to work overtime required on occasion Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time Remote and on-call responsibilities may be required ProSphere offers full-time employees a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, health insurance, life insurance, military leave, training, tuition reimbursement, a wellness program, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) retirement plan with company matches/immediate vesting, commuter benefits, and more.
