Member Services Representative

- Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing questions from Spanish-speaking members and potential new customers.
- Listen to customer requests to understand issues and best resolve problems.
- Operate multi-line telephone system and transfer to appropriate party or department within the organization.
- Maintain knowledge of programs and technology offered by the credit union.
- At least 2 years of recent banking experience is required as a teller, call center rep or customer service agent
- Previous customer service, call center and/or cross-selling experience preferred
- HS diploma or equivalent plus minimum work experience required
