Director of Human Resources
The employer operates within the hospitality sector. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the short and long term planning and management of the Human Resources functions. Acts as a strategic advisor to management on all people related matters. Promotes a positive working culture, associate high performance, quality service and empowerment to associates. Leads various functions including; recruitment, on-boarding, associate relations, state and federal compliance, benefits administration, workers compensation and safety. Four year college degree or equivalent experience/education preferred. Four to five years of employment in human resources or related field. Proven successful implementation of people resource process. Union experiences a plus. Four year college degree or equivalent/education experience.
