If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. * Oversee and direct team in the preparation of account and financial analysis, review and development of quarterly forecasts and annual operating and capital expenditure budgets * Collaborate with business leaders on annual business and financial planning initiatives and execution to help ensure continued business growth * Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis with recommendations for corrective action * Analyze financial performance versus forecast and plan, investigate variances, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership * Develop operational, profitability, expense analysis and other key performance metrics to help the business leaders understand the health of business and assist in developing action plans for improvement and optimizing their financial results * Oversee and facilitate the use of appropriate tools to convert the strategic plan into a profit plan * Minimum of twelve years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment * Minimum of five years of experience leading a team * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or relevant field from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred * Knowledge of data retrieval and reporting systems, such as Hyperion Financial Management and Business Objects, is preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced Excel * US Citizenship required
