Job Description Mb Staffing Services is seeking the professional experience of qualified HR Analysts to work in the District of Columbia. This position is State Government based and is one of the most vital position within this Government Entity. This Analyst will be given the duty of ensuring that all employees and managers are informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns by compiling information relevant to the company. Using human resource information system programs like HRIS to manage their data more accurately, this HR analysts will gather statistics on salaries for specific job openings or analyze results from personality tests to select ideal job candidates. He/She may also conduct surveys to gain information on job satisfaction before analyzing the data and recommending solutions to managers to boost labor relations. You are responsible for researching and presenting assigned data, developing ad hoc reports or metrics, meeting with management to address issues with recommendations, writing detailed reports for management, troubleshooting data, assisting in implementation of human resources programs, coaching new team members, designing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with data privacy guidelines. This HR analysts will also work directly with the human resource directorsto design an efficient department budget by ensuring that certain job responsibilities are assigned to appropriate employees through performance evaluation tools and receiving maximum output for the agency.
