UNISYS seeks a Northern Virginia based Technical Sales Director with responsibility for leading the Unisys Federal technology (software) sales Group. The ideal candidate will have led a security software sales team selling to the federal government (civilian, law enforcement and defense) and consistently hit/exceeded quota targets., Unisys is a global information technology company that solves complex IT challenges at the intersection of modern and mission critical. As a member of our diverse team, you'll gain valuable career-enhancing experience as we support the design, development, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance of our federal government's critical systems.* Relationships and success selling across two or more of the following agencies: Army, Navy, Air Force, DISA, DHS, HHS, Treasury, USDA, Justice, Interior, State, Transportation, Commerce * Experience leading a technology sales team * Ability to create and communicate value propositions and engage clients to sell Unisys technology * Track record of winning new technology business with new customers Job Level Specific Duties & Skills: * Grow and mature the technology pipeline for Unisys Federal * Hiring, Mentoring and Managing the Unisys Federal technology sales team * Demonstrated ability to build sales forecasts, establish priorities and met sales goals * Proven experience meeting/exceeding sales quota Requirements Minimum Education and Certifications: * Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field with a Masters degree preferred * Cyber security advanced training and certifications a plus, * 8-10+ years of business technology sales experience - Including 2+ years in leadership * 3-5+ years selling Cyber Security technology to the US Federal market
