Acquisition Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Work in the Navy and Marine Corps market supporting a Navy program office on an ACAT 1C program of record. Work directly with Navy program managers, including uniformed personnel, government service civilians, and support contractors supporting. Develop PowerPoint briefs and other briefing material, track programmatic items, including cost and delivery schedules. Work with program resource sponsors to develop program objective memorandum input, do research for point papers and whitepapers, and facilitate meetings, including sending out calendar invites, setting up conference calls, taking minutes, and capturing action items. Meet with the client in person or over the phone to discuss program updates and other changes, work on short-turn assignments due the same day, and continue efforts on long-term projects.


Basic Qualifications:

-4 years of experience with program management support

-Experience with a DOD program office that performs program acquisition, readiness and sustainment, or program resource sponsor activities

-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to work in multiple work settings, including large groups and meetings, small teams, and independently on directed task items

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Secret clearance
