A' . Refine and execute on the global marketing plan for offerings in the clinical trial space. Develop customer, market, and competitor insights to inform the plan. Work collaboratively with other functions to develop and implement the plan. A' . Own and drive global launch plans, building on early use cases. Consider and choose a wide mix of promotional tactics, and to prioritize across tactics. A' . Become a subject matter expert on the industry of designing, discovering, and testing novel pharmaceuticals. Establish strong ties with customers and with industry experts. A' . Together with the wider commercial team, create the positioning and messaging, backed up by market insight, that make the offerings truly special and differentiated to partners and to customers. Enable global scaling of the business through creative marketing programs that can be implemented in many countries. A' . Support the commercial team in development and management of customer relations as a trusted partner. Lead development of effective marketing campaigns that drive sales pipeline creation and enable commercial success by executing marketing tactics flawlessly. Required Technical and Professional Expertise A' . Domain understanding of the clinical trial process, clinical trials stakeholders/participants, pharmaceutical R&D and the life sciences ecosystem.IBM Clinical Development and emerging clinical trial technologies represent a key growth market for Watson Health's entry into providing solutions for Life Sciences R&D. This role requires excellence in strategic marketing and marketing tactics for SaaS products, and depth to support a long-term vision of life sciences product development. A desire to bring transformational products to market is essential., A' . Experience in selling/marketing to pharma R&D organizations, potentially from working in a CRO or marketing agency geared towards the pharma industry, is preferred. A' . Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Tech and Prof Experience A' . Strong B2B marketing experience with a track record of success, and experience working with and commercializing SaaS products is preferred. Understanding of digital marketing as well as traditional consultative sales models. A' . Time working within a pharma/biotech organization could also be helpful. A' . MBA preferred
