Job Description We are seeking a High Volume Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Restaurant Manager of a National Cruise Line. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations ​ Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years restaurant supervision experience High school diploma or equivalent required Prefer bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with 1-2 years additional experience. Hospitality or Culinary degree a plus Moderate computer skills are essential; will frequently work with Microsoft office products as well as point of sale system and web-based applications. Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibility. Must be able to listen effectively, assesses the situation, determine relevant issues, identify solutions and gain consensus.
