Job Description E-Commerce & Online Marketing Leader Reporting to the CEO, you'll be part of the Company's leadership team and help set the direction and goals for Online Marketing & Operations initiaitves for GroomingLounge.com. You'll have the ability to expertly juggle a variety of business funnels, all the while keeping your cool and showcasing your creative and "take-a-chance" capabilities. It's a fun, growing company with a stellar reputation. It's a great gig for an up-and-coming go-getter or wiley e-commerce veteran, with responsibilities that include: Evolving the marketing vision for the brand including positioning, key differentiators, targeting audiences and customer engagement strategies. Leading e-mail marketing calendar and creative development processes for initiatives, promotions, retail,and more, -- from creation to completion. Overseeing customer experience and retention and developing consumer acquisition and life-cycle marketing strategies. Discovering gaps in customer experiences that may lead to customer attrition. Ensuring all channels, both online and offline, including Amazon, Jet, Walmart, Barbershops and our .com are maximized, while staying on brand. Devising and implementing a merchandising strategy via creative/copy and technology to ensure consistency of marketing messages and improvement of user experiences across all digital and offline channels. Providing leadership and action on brand and social media marketing channels and campaigns to build the brand and increase sales. Continuing to develop a top-notch internal customer service philosophy that ensures best-in-class customer experiences. Overseeing paid media strategy (PPC/Amazon/Social Ads Manager), including planning, forecasting, and analyzing all performance and brand media channels. Working closely with partner agencies to reach goals. Creating strategies to increase organic and paid traffic via SEO/SEM and affiliates to grow traffic and sales. Developing marketing partnerships via influencers and other brands to drive consumer engagement and sales goals. Directing analytics to measure, analyze and evangelize marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions about how to invest marketing resources for maximum impact. Partnering with stakeholders to develop monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans in support of organizational strategy and overall business objectives. Who Are You? You are a dynamic, hands-on leader and doer with demonstrated success as both a marketer and leader of a marketing team, preferably at an online retailer. Through your results-driven focus, you have experience developing and executing highly impactful marketing strategies and are adept at fostering collaboration and teamwork, while driving growth. You are highly skilled at leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to drive results -- and you have excellent negotiation and communication skills. You enjoy the challenge of working in an energetic, fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to be a strategic leader, while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the success of the company. You are kind, witty, driven, and a great co-worker and teammate. Qualifications: 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a few years leading an online retailer with an emphasis on customer acquisition and retention 1-2 years of customer service experience Experience working with selling on Amazon in some capacity Extensive e-mail marketing experience Experience with Facebook and IG advertising Knowledgeable with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Programs Magento E-Commerce Platform experience helpful, but not required Men's grooming, fashion or beauty experience ideal, but not required Very strong written and communication skills Can-do, positive attitude; unlimited hustle; ability to get things done; entrepreneurial mind-set Ability to get along with anyone About Grooming Lounge Grooming Lounge (www.groominglounge.com) is the country's #1 men's lifestyle destination for quality men's grooming products, services and grooming advice.
