    • Upper third of graduating class based on completed courses; GPA 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 on official transcript based on 4 years college, or based on courses completed in final 2 years of curriculum; or GPA 3.5 or higher based on average of required major courses completed in final 2 years of curriculum; Member of a national scholastic honor society recognized by Association of College Honor Societies.

    Pathways Recent Graduate Eligibility - This announcement is being opened under the Pathways Program - Recent Graduates option. The Pathways Program offers opportunities to grow in your career through formal training and mentorship while earning valuable real-world experience. While the Pathways appointment is one year in length, individuals who successfully complete the program can be converted into either a time-limited or permanent appointment. To qualify under Recent Graduates, you must have completed, within the previous two years, a qualifying associate, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational, or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution. If you are a veteran who could not apply within two years due to military service obligations, you can qualify for this program up to six years after the completion of your qualifying education.
    NOTE: Qualifying educational institution means-- (1) A public high school whose curriculum has been approved by a State or local governing body, a private high school that provides secondary education as determined under State law, or a homeschool that is allowed to operate in a State; and (2) Any of the following educational institutions or curricula that have been accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education: (i) A technical or vocational school; (ii) A 2-year or 4-year college or university; (iii) A graduate or professional school (e.g., law school, medical school); or (iv) A post-secondary home school curriculum.
