We're looking for a CEO who wants to be a Partner not an Employee, * Proven leadership capabilities accountable to results * Successful track record in a high-growth or start-up environment preferred * Ability to build powerful relationships to recruit effectively and consistently * Strong communication skills and social poise * Ability to work in a collaborative team setting or drive work individually as needed * Track Record of successful Real Estate Sales and/or Broker experience$60,000 + bonuses, base pay reflective of previous experience
