Deputy Associate Administrator for Human Exploration and Operations
1. Knowledge and technical experience in the leadership and management of human space flight development, operations, space transportation, and space and flight support related to human exploration in and beyond low-Earth orbit.
2. Experience in directing, integrating, and evaluating the safe and efficient development and operations of Human Space Flight Programs, working with government, commercial, industry, and international partners.
3. Experience and ability to effectively manage and lead traditional, commercial partnerships and international partner acquisition strategies and cultures.
4. Experience in interacting with Congress, high level Government officials, high level domestic and foreign officials, scientific, academia, media and the general public on Agency level programs, planning and decision making.

Candidates must possess an engineering degree, preferably an advanced degree from an accredited engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university in a closely related engineering discipline.
