Job Summary/Company:

  • Supervise, assignt tasks to, and provide back-up assistance to the Mailroom Clerk and Receptionist
  • Plan and prioritize workloads suggesting process improvements on an as needed basis
  • Perform clerical duties supporting various departments within the corporate office
  • Reviewing invoices for approval
  • Logs any counterfiet bills and report on quarterly
  • Provide support to the Presidents and Office Manager
  • Identify poor performance, manage remidial actions and source development opportunities for staff
  • Order and maintain inventory of all marketing materials/novelites (i.e. new employee onboarding gifts, anniversaries etc.)
  • Printing, copying and binding documents
  • Draft and distribute internal correspondence, departmental reports, memos and project notes
  • Supervising emergency repairs in the absence of the Office Manager

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • High School diploma or equivalent - 2 or 4 year college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient math skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
