Customer Service Representative - Plant Operations
Beynon Sports Surfaces, a manufacturer and installer of state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor sports surfaces, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Hunt Valley, MD facility. The primary responsibility of the CSR is to provide superior customer service to internal and external customers through order management, billing, compliant management, and other key areas. As our Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Procurement Manager and will work in fast-paced and dynamic environment. COMPETENCIES: Demonstrated strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills Proven experience coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completing assigned tasks accurately and in a timely fashion Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner Team-focused and collaborative Able to operate effectively in stressful situations TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of logistics coordination and order processing in a manufacturing environment preferred Qualitative abilities including strong analytical skills, technical proficiency and effective problem-solving skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and Outlook Willing and able to learn new computer systems, products, concepts and techniques QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, post-high school degree preferred Minimum of two (2) years prior work experience in customer service or supply chain management Accounts payable experience is a plus Beynon Sports Surfaces recognizes that our people make the difference.
