  • To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following below:

    Possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience which includes independently performing work that involves Government-Wide Commercial Purchase Card Program functions, including a variety of acquisition management related assignments in the management and control of the Agency's purchasing and contracting programs involving planning, negotiation, administration, coordinating and controlling the full range of contracting functions from receipt of the requirement through contract close out.
    OR
    Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or have successfully completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. [transcripts required]
    OR
    Possess a combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position. [transcripts required]











    Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: business.

    OR

    Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.

    • EEOC will not pay travel, transportation, and relocation expenses.
    • A background Investigation is required and continued employment is contingent on completion of that process to determine suitability for federal employment.
    • This is a Non-Bargaining Unit position.
