Responsibilities

An adjunct who can teach during the day, and possibly an evening, one or both of the courses listed below in the Fall 2018 semester.

1. Business Law I (LA248) This course focuses on the rights and relationships, involved in the law of contracts, sales and agencies, (including the U.C.C.), product liabilities, negotiable instruments and priced transactions.

2. Business Law II (LA249) The course is the study of the law relating to the development and operations of partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations, of the government agencies that negotiate business.

Minimum Qualifications

Juris Doctorate Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Juris Doctorate Degree with experience teaching business law or legal courses at an institution of higher education.
