- Conduct research on how to best engage candidates through job descriptions
- Reformat and edit existing templates
- Communicate and partner with HR Managers to determine best practices in marketing to candidates via job boards
- Strong desire to develop professionally within the field of HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; expert MS Excel skill preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Recent degree in HR or related field
