Purpose: This position is a member of the digital marketing team that manages WfWI's digital presence and engagement with sponsors, donors, other target audience groups, and the wider public. Departments across WfWI also rely on the digital team to deliver assets that support their objectives. The primary responsibility of this role is developing, implementing, and management of online strategies with the objective of increasing revenue, traffic, and overall brand recognition. This position requires a solid understanding of UX (User Experience), HTML, strong organization skills and attention to detail, including editing and proofreading skills and experience or a high level of interest in fundraising principles and strategies. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage revenue goals and expense budget for digital channels; Provide analytical reporting for all digital channels; Monitor online campaign metrics to improve performance and increase fundraising revenue. Tracks incoming online revenue on a regular basis and provides progress alerts to team members and suggestions to adapt strategy as necessary; In collaboration with colleagues, consultants, and vendors, drive the testing and implementation of WfWI's digital marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, mobile, and social media tools; Responsible for the marketing team's project deadlines, standards, and policies for all WfWI's web properties, working to continually improve user experiences and grow fundraising and community engagement; Collaborate with all HQ departments and UK team to maintain, update and test website and ensure accurate and up-to-date content; Administration of web page creation on WfWI website, 3rd party fundraising sites, and crowdfunding sites, ensuring the information is consistent, up-to-date, engaging, and appropriately reflects WfWI; Provide support to "content administrators," promoting WfWI web style guidelines, maintain business rules and best practices for the web, and monitor the quality, consistency and conformity of content; Manage paid search strategy in coordination with vendor; Implement drive-to-web traffic improvements for existing marketing & fundraising activities. Manage annual website audit to include analytics and content review; Lead the strategy and tactics for all online advertising efforts including day-to-day management, budgeting and regular reporting; Provide strong technical and strategic support for all digital projects and evaluate the potential application of emerging technologies to support our efforts; Review all email marketing and online integrated strategies; Serve as back-up support for email marketing program; Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, product launches, and implementation; Serve as liaison for online vendors; Serve as liaison to software developer for data and other marketing requests; Support new product launches, coordinate operational needs, and track progress; Serve as back-up for all marketing data analytics. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science or related field preferred with 4-7 years of relevant work experience. Experience using a Content Management system, preferably Drupal; Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO keyword analysis; Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver); Demonstrated experience with HTML, and CSS for web and email; Experience with a combination of the following skills: developing/managing digital direct marketing campaigns, list-building strategies, online community building/social media, SEO, paid acquisition, online fundraising, user experience, mobile optimization, web design, and web development; A fast learner who has a passion for online marketing/fundraising that supports WfWI's mission and core values; Act as a champion for digital marketing best practices across the global organization; A strong commitment to producing audience-focused and consistent high-quality content to engage a range of external audiences; Strong interest in the growth and development of internet/social media/digital with a keen eye for new technologies and emerging trends; High energy level, flexible, self-motivated, and the ability to work professionally with staff at all levels of the organization, in person and remotely, locally and internationally; A willingness for flexibility in working hours for evening and weekend work Nonprofit experience a plus.
