The company operates within the Hotel business.   Digital marketing. Direct the hotels' digital marketing strategy: Website: ​Create and maintain content and optimize user experience​Develop a website conversion strategy with measurable goals and benchmarks​Manage OTAs marketing content and campaigns SEO and SEM strategies and execution Manage all digital campaigns CRM, E-mail campaigns, database management, creative, segmentation and deployment Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Development of affiliate strategy Maintenance of third party sites as required ​​ Campaigns/paid placements/partnerships. Project-manage hotel campaigns including: Media negotiation/buy, planning and creative development Secure partnership, sponsorship, contesting and promotional opportunities Analyze key metrics reports to align with strategies Promotional materials/collateral/digital assets. Manage the creative, production and inventories of materials for marketing, sales, in-house and third parties as required. Maintain efficient levels of inventories Manage relationships with vendors (designers, agencies, printers, etc.) Manage creative ensuring adherence to brand standards Meet deadlines and budgets Maintain digital library. Execute photoshoots as required In-house/outlets: Collaborate with department heads/operations in the development of marketing promotional plans/calendars to support KPIs​​ Social media Develop a unique yet brand aligned social media voice for each hotel Execute social media strategies, developing specific methods to generate awareness, engagement, and e-commerce conversion while encouraging UGC and interactive buzz to generate positive exposure Daily maintenance and management of all social media platforms, including posts, paid campaigns, reporting and communication/interaction with fans across Facebook, Twitter and any future channels including visual updates, handling incoming responses, hotel and restaurant messaging as needed Management of influencer relations/opportunities Seek and execute social media partnerships with traditional brands Report and mitigate any potential threats Oversee Tripadvisor and other guest feedback portals requiring responses ​​ Sales and Revenue support Attend revenue/sales/public relations/operations meetings as required and provide recommendations on campaigns and packaging to maximize revenue for the hotels​​ Reporting, marketing plans and budgets. Development of the annual marketing budget Execute quarterly HR/Community / Corporate Citizenship stories to keep hotels top of mind within the local market Management of budget to ensure optimal execution aligned with business needs Generate statistical reports on marketing campaign's performance   Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other post graduate qualification desired Strong business acumen with a focus on the development of new revenue generating strategies Superior influencing capabilities Superior understanding/experience in B2C, B2B, digital and traditional advertising, social media and website metrics Strong organizational, writing and editing skills Excellent command of the spoken and written English language Superior creative copywriting skills Ability to build strong relationships and interact at all levels of the organization Self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment Analytically strong with proven ability for data interpretation Minimum 3 years progressive experience in marketing, brand management or luxury marketing agencies, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry
