    Minimum Qualification Requirements

    Specialized Experience for the GS-15
    One year of experience equivalent to the GS-14 performing all three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:

    1. Experience in applying civil rights laws, regulations, theories, principles and practices; policy and legal issues related to enforcing civil rights statutes.
    2. Experience leading a team or staff in investigating and resolving complaints using sound investigative techniques.
    3. Experience implementing organizational management principles and techniques as applied to administrative, budget and personnel matters.
