    You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

    Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
    • Experience leading projects to improve compliance with records and information management requirements; AND
    • Experience developing procedures to improve the administration of records and information management program(s); AND
    • Experience leading the implementation of records compliance requirements across multiple private or public sector organizations; AND
    • Experience assessing the status of records compliance initiatives across multiple private or public sector organizations.

      In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
      For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
    Specialized experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
    • Experience managing projects to strengthen compliance and identify gaps with records and information management; AND
    • Experience implementing procedures to improve the administration of records and information management program(s);AND
    • Experience managing the implementation of records compliance requirements across multiple private or public sector organizations; AND
    • Experience monitoring and tracking the status of records compliance initiatives across multiple private or public sector organizations.
    In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
    For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
    - A one year probationary period may be required.
    - Must successfully complete a background investigation.
    - Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
