Job Description: Hospice Services Director

Sentara Hospice Services is seeking an experienced, dynamic Hospice Director to lead our team of highly skilled professionals.

This position is based in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Travel is required to Harrisonburg, Virginia approximately every 4-6 weeks and to the Greater Peninsula approximately every 2-3 weeks.

Sign-on Bonus up to $15,000 available!

Must have strong leadership experience and skills.

RN with BSN strongly preferred, but will consider professional with Bachelor's Level Degree in Business Administration or Health Administration. Previous Clinical Management and Hospice experience required.
Master's level degree preferred.

Must have experience in management of staff resources, operations and quality control analysis, service orientation and systems analysis.

Hospice Director is responsible for the leadership, planning, developing, and implementation of the Hospice Program. Collaborate with Leadership to establish objectives, policies and standards in compliance with regulatory bodies. Supervise the coordination of Hospice services and makes appropriate operational changes to achieve required fiscal results.
