Job Description: Serves as the process owner for quality and regulatory affairs for Sentara Life Care. Works with executive, leadership, clinical and operational staff across the division and system to proactively design and implement strategies and programs to support divisional ongoing quality, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness. Designs and implements systems, tools, and processes to monitor and report levels of compliance or areas at risk. Provides ongoing education and consultation for standards interpretation, to include review and comment to proposed new standards. Provides training and support to facility-based clinical and operational staff (and others as appropriate). Provides expertise and support in responding to survey concerns or developing plans of correction.

Bachelor's Level Degree OR
Master's Level Degree

Experience
Required: Accreditation and Regulatory - 3 years, Healthcare Quality - 3 years, Long Term Care - 1 year, Management - 5 years
