SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR (PART-TIME)
GordonDC, a land development & design civil engineering firm with convenient access to the Farragut North and West Metro Lines, is seeking a part-time (12-15 hours per week) Administrator (DC resident a plus) to handle HR, Accounting and administrative duties for approximately 5 employees. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years administrative experience working with payroll (ADP), billing, A/P and A/R (experience with Deltek Vision is a plus). Human Resources responsibilities include (but are not limited to) recruiting, orientation for new hires, processing of employment and insurance documents, and other duties as assigned. This candidate should have experience with MS Office (Word, Excel (spreadsheets, formatting and formulas)), and providing support (maintaining the file system, word processing, office equipment, answering telephones, and other duties) all as assigned by the Manager. Must be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be detail oriented. Salary commensurate with experience.
