This role serves as a Human Resources functional coordinator overseeing and delivering on a variety of day-to-day operations for Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and Global Benefits programs and initiatives.  Provides day-to-day administrative support and assists in the execution of various programs and procedures. S/he also will support various HR special projects.  We are looking for a “can-do” multi-tasker with a passion for employee service to join our team.

  Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Supports people processes for USP’s global sites and is the point of contact for questions and administrative work for setup of new sites 
  • Provides administrative support for our Performance Assessment and Development process and Talent Review process globally
  • Provides general administrative support to HRBP team including scheduling meetings for the department
  • Provides administrative support to the STARS recognition program and serves as a point of contact for general program questions.  Oversees the STARS email box and responds to accordingly.  Assists with preparing routine recognition program reports
  • Coordinates with the HRBPs to ensure clear and concise staff communications
  • Provides administrative support and assistance for employee events such as Promotion Day and Milestone Awards
  • Coordinates events, lunches, and meetings
  • Responsible for tracking purchase orders and processing invoices for HRBP and Total Rewards cost centers
  • Assists with the Employee Exit process ensures data is collected and the process is followed
  • Assists with global benefits enrollment and termination process for expatriate employees and ensures timely processing of employee changes for global benefit plans; administers expat benefits COBRA administration
  • Responsible for global benefits onboarding and delivering global benefits orientation
  • Supports year-end compensation planning activities and compensation statement distribution process
  • Responsible for employment verification and serves as the backup administrator for the HRIS system (Ultipro)
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree and three (3) years relevant experience in an administrative role. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio & PowerPoint
  • Experience with an HRIS, preferably UltiPro
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and effectively
  • Good organizational and communications skills (both oral and written)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to stay on task and deliver work products on schedule
  • Ability to process and protect confidential information in a professional manner
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently · Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Ability to follow-up and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Must be able to function effectively within a team
  • Basic understanding of various filing systems and methods of organizing documents and data
