Job Summary/Company:

Are you a retail associate with a desire to move into a corporate/office environment and have a business day schedule? A preferred Sparks Group partner in the Chantilly area is seeking Customer Service/Scheduling Representatives with a passion for customer service!   • Manage a heavy volume of both inbound and outbound calls
  • Concisely explain health benefits of insurance plans and encourage patients to take advantage of all offerings
  • Scheduling of health assessments

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Strong retail and customer service/sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to work 9:00 am - 6:00 pm or 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday as well as 4 hours on one Saturday per month (paid at an overtime rate)
  • Strong tenure in previous positions is required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
