- Perform local and national candidate searches to create and maintain an appropriate candidate pool
- Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements, as well as intangible items, in order to create enticing job postings and solicit ideal candidates
- Research and compile competitive intelligence, hiring trends, and market insight
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews as needed
- Provide additional support to recruiting team as needed
- Experience with Boolean search techniques and social media advertising
- MS Office proficiency required
- Professional demeanor and presentation both over the phone and in person
- Ability to start immediately and commit to an indefinite project term
