- Develop and conduct activities related to the recruitment of external applicants
- Source and handle internal clients' needs
- Update trackers and weekly reporting (Excel and Workday)
- Work closely with hiring teams
- Provide full life cycle support to candidates and managers
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-8 years full life cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience required, preferably in a large corporate environment
- Ability to work in a professional environment
- Superlative communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to pivot tasks and realign focus daily
