Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a large government contractor who is seeking a corporate, full life cycle Recruiter! If you have a full life cycle recruiting background and are ready for your next challenge, apply today or call 703-821-1911!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct activities related to the recruitment of external applicants
  • Source and handle internal clients' needs
  • Update trackers and weekly reporting (Excel and Workday)
  • Work closely with hiring teams
  • Provide full life cycle support to candidates and managers

Qualifications/Background Profile: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-8 years full life cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience required, preferably in a large corporate environment 
  • Ability to work in a professional environment
  • Superlative communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to pivot tasks and realign focus daily
