Marketing Research & Insights Manager
The Research & Insights Manager will be a key player on a team that drives client-focused decision making, and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and communications across the organisation. The Manager will be responsible for conducting research and develop developing insights to share with marketing strategy and communications teammates, and then contribute to developing imaginative and differentiating marketing efforts across audiences and communications touchpoints.
The role will apply best practice in conducting research, both internally and through third parties, across financial category trends, customer insights, and competitive tracking and analysis, drawing upon multiple data sets and syndicated data sources, both qual and quant. The goal is to ensure consistent, meaningful, and actionable insights are distributed to inform the marketing planning cycle.
The role involves managing multiple research projects and ad-hoc projects, across multiple solutions areas, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. The manager will collaborate with Research & Insights colleagues to report periodically on marketing KPIs, and ensure both marketing and business stakeholders are up-to-date on relevant developments.
* 8-10 years of related experience. 2+ years management experience
* College Degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated capability related to research tools and methodologies, marketing metrics, statistical methods
* Experience with external research vendors, marketing planning and execution, project management, and best practices implementation

*Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to analyze and present findings to colleagues and business audiences, and to influence senior stakeholders
