- Experience in intelligence collection, analysis, production, and presentation practices and processes.
- Experience in communication: effectively exchanges facts, ideas, issues and analyses with a wide range of audiences.
- Experience in building and employing sound analytic methodologies to identify rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information.
