Call Center Supervisor
Sparks Group has a Permanent Placement opportunity for a Call Center Supervisor in Frederick, MD. This role will be focused on providing supervisory guidance for a team of 10-12 representatives. $65-70K. - Key responsibilities will be performing training, quality control review, staff coaching, task delegation/analysis and resolving escalated issues
- Build relationships with our internal/external customers and vendors to ensure service resolution of escalated issues
- Participate in key administrative and marketing implementation
- Motivate the team, collaborate with internal partners to ensure goals are being met
- 2 years of college
- Demonstrated experience supervising a customer service related team 5+ years
- Call center and/or processing experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology & conditions
