Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in contemporary research in the areas of research in wireless communications, information theory and coding, and signal processing. Candidates must possess knowledge and experience in the full breadth of CIF topic areas to effectively participate in the overall management of the CIF program.
Candidates with experience in managing federally-sponsored basic research are strongly preferred.
Relocation expenses may be paid contingent upon the availability of funds.
