Job Description:

Director, Facility, Asset, and Risk Management:  The incumbent has primary responsibility for the management of facility operations, assets, and enterprise risk to include safety and security requirements.  The incumbent identifies requirements, designs and implements policies and procedures, and oversees the operations in his/her area of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees and monitors facility systems and operations
  • Monitors home office space needs; develops and implements updated space use plans, as required
  • Reviews and recommends proposed facility modifications and associated leases and budgets
  • Monitors facility construction activities company-wide from inception through completion 
  • Manages home office assignments for incoming/outgoing HQ staff
  • Tracks and maintains database of all current leases and occupancy costs
  • Coordinates the design and deployment of an automated property management tracking system
  • Reviews and endorses all annual non-IT capital budgets
  • Reviews periodically and manages the efficient disposition of all inventoried property
  • Responsible for developing and recommending an enterprise risk management strategy  
  • Identifies and reviews HQ and field security requirements/risk assessments
  • Responsible for managing and operating HQ safety and security systems and protocols
  • Maintains and recommends update to organization-wide safety and security policy
  • Proposes and coordinates organization-wide emergency response planning
  • Primary point of contact for security status updates and information during security events
  • Designated coordinator for field office mass evacuation operations
  • Manages, develops, and tracks HQ directorship annual budgets
  • Institutes incident report protocol and develops procedures and forms
  • Trains and supervises Directorate staff  
  • Other duties as assigned

     ​QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Five plus years supervisory experience
  • Five plus years’ experience using a variety of office equipment, computer hardware and MS Office software
