    Basic Education Requirements for Physical Scientist, GS-1301: Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in physical science, engineering, or mathematics that included 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics and or Combination of education and experience as defined in the following:

    In addition to meeting the Basic Requirements above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below.

    General Engineer, GS-0801-15

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year specialized experience at or equivalent at the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

    Candidates for this position must clearly demonstrate in their resume that they possess specialized experience in applying:
    1. Applying multiple science disciplines in executing test and evaluation to support the design, development, procurement, production, testing, evaluation, sustainment, of a portfolio of major systems that may include naval, air, or land weapon systems;
    2. Employs scientific and analytical techniques to evaluate the adequacy of methodology, including the use of computerized models, ensuring techniques used are technically sound and appropriate for their intended use.
    Physical Scientist, GS-1301-15

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year specialized experience at or equivalent at the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

    Candidates for this position must clearly demonstrate in their resume that they possess one year specialized experience in the following:
