Client Service Coordinator

- Answer inbound calls from “business to business” clients with questions relating to their account/invoicing
- Professionally maintain and update client accounts
- Responsible for completing administrative and invoice related documentation
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment in which the ability to make independent decisions is highly valued
- Minimum 1 year of related customer service whether face to face or in an office setting
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MSOffice
