CoSolutions, Inc. currently seeks an independent and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager well versed in HR fundamentals. The HR Manager will lead daily operations workflows and processes to facilitate corporate growth and evolve Cosolutions, Inc. This is a full-time opportunity and the work will be completed on-site at our Sterling, VA headquarters but may require occasional travel. US Citizenship is required and preference will be given to someone who holds and Active Clearance or can obtain an Active Clearance. Position Summary Working independently and in collaboration with executive management, the Human Resources Manager designs, plans and implements human resources programs and policies and ensures that HR strategies align with organizational business goals and objectives. This position directs the overall HR function of the Company. Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department and works with executive management to develope department goals, objectives and systems. Implements and annually updates the compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys; analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow. Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Manages the onboarding and off boarding processes to include new-employee orientations and exit interviews Develops and monitors training and career-path programs Coaches managers on the appropriate handling of performance management issues and handles employee relations matters to include investigations. Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains organizational charts and employee directory. Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Experience: 10 plus years of experience managing human resources in a government contracting environment; experience with SCA a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong knowledge of Human Resources in a government contracting environment Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications CoSolutions, Inc.
