Healthcare Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking Customer Service Call Center Representatives to work in the Linthicum, MD area. The Call Center Representative is responsible for receiving calls, answering questions, and resolving issues. They will receive phone calls from customers, providers and staff, and employer groups. The Representative will be answer questions on the status of claims, ID cards, addresses, and other issues as requested by the caller.In addition the Representative will:Handle claim inquiries from providers and membersCommunicating correct information regarding accessibility, claims status and other calls of a service natureProviding benefits informationMeet and maintain established department metricsProvide excellent customer service and handle all calls in a professional and courteous mannerMUST have 1 year of working in a high-volume Call Center, healthcare experience is preferred. A flexible schedule Monday-Friday between 8am and 7pm (Shifts: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm) is required. All interested and qualified individuals are encouraged to apply directly!
