Regional Account Executive- Large Commercial Fleet
The Regional Account Executive (RAE), is a revenue generating sales position responsible for the direct sales of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Fiat Cars, SUV, and Mini-vans, and Ram Trucks and Vans to large commercial fleet customers in the area of Virginia, Maryland, and District of Columbia, maximizing fleet sales and revenue with existing commercial fleet customers while developing new business with prospective accounts. The Regional Account Executive develops the sales strategies to support the established targets in his/her region. This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager (Eastern). Responsibilities include maintaining and building volume with existing commercial customers, developing strategies to conquest new accounts, implementing and maintaining consistent prospecting methods, developing strategies to overcome customer objections and provide solutions, providing customer support to reduce order to delivery, supporting customers with cost control reduction (TCO) initiatives and providing customers with accurate and timely updates on FCA programs including: VIP, incentives, Service Net, etc. In addition, the RAE is responsible for providing accurate and fiscally responsible Volume Incentive Program proposals, developing effective local events to promote product awareness and sales, providing accurate monthly forecast of monthly production requirements and supporting Fleet Elite initiatives and promoting fiscal responsibility. This position requires the development of strong working relationships with fleet management representatives and with second stage manufactures and up fitters, supporting local fleet events and organizations, providing input on future product content and process changes to maximize competitiveness and managing multiple priorities and aggressive timelines.
