Position/Program Requirements Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5 Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree Degree(s) Preferred: Bachelora€ (TM) s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related; Library and Information Sciences (MLIS), Management Information Systems; Masters Degree in Information Management or related. Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in following industry-leading Information Governance and Information Science related solutions, including: - Understanding of IT architecture concepts, including client-server on-premise deployed solutions, cloud architectures, and hybrid deployment models; - Understanding of how implementation of taxonomy and metadata concepts can support information retrieval and content management strategies; and, - Demonstrating industry experience in Financial Services, Technology, Energy/Utilities, Media & Entertainment, Hospitality, Law Firm or Corporate Legal; Skills Preferred: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success developing and implementing industry-leading Information Governance and Information Science related solutions, including: - Designing and implementing content management, collaboration, document management, and records management systems Including, but not limited to SharePoint and SharePoint Online, Documentum, OpenText Content Server, and Hyland OnBase; - Supporting information retrieval and content management strategies; - Executing vendor evaluation and selection activities; - Gathering and documenting client requirements, analyzing client needs and solution offerings, developing implementation strategies and related recommendations; - Developing presentations and engaging with senior-level client representatives to represent options and jointly agree on an implementation path forward; - Managing small development and implementation teams, including off-shore development resources; - Thinking critically and utilizing analytical skills; - Demonstrating advanced time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage and balance multiple projects for self and others;; - Communicating through writing, presenting and facilitating cogently at all levels with internal and client teams; - Motivating and managing self while also acting as a team player supporting the central team priorities and roadmap; - Utilizing research skills and the ability to gather information and metrics to make informed decisions; - Implementing NoSQL related solutions including MarkLogic and MongoDB solutions; - Implementing search indexing capabilities; and, - Implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools;
