Mobile Security SME
Description: The Leidos Cybersecurity Capabilities Organization has an immediate opening for an experienced, and motivated Mobile Security SME. As a Mobile Cybersecurity SME you will work with the Leidos Cybersecurity Intelligence and Response Center (CSIRC) and Security Engineering and Architecture (SAE) organizations to defend Leidos enterprise mobile assets and their access to business critical enterprise services. The role focuses on executing the implementation of Leidos' mobile defense and forensics strategies. You will be expected to "think like an adversary" and provide analyst-centric input into every aspect of Leidos' mobile attack surface. Finally, you will provide written documentation including whitepapers and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to contribute to the technical innovation that will evolve Leidos' mobile defensive capabilities and methodologies. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as a mobile security technical SME for the Cyber Security Capabilities that defend Leidos mobile assets and data. - Be a SME in the vendor and open source capabilities available to defend mobile technologies and stay ahead of the threats - Collaborate using information and knowledge sharing networks and professional relationships to achieve common goals. - Be a Cyber Operations leader, and provide mentorship for less experienced mobile security analysts/engineers. CyberCIS Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of experience related to Cybersecurity. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. - Demonstrated experience setting enterprise mobile policy, deploying/operating mobile security enterprise technologies, or performing mobile forensics/malware reverse engineering. - Must have mobile security experience, which includes knowledge of iOS and Android mobile operating systems and devices, fundamental understanding of networks and network protocols, as well as hands-on experience within common mobile applications and technologies - Demonstrated experience securing corporate issued mobile assets. - Experience performing security risks/capability benefit analysis for mobile applications to establish a concise mobile application baseline. - Experience with mobile application container technologies (examples include AirWatch, MobileIron, Fiberlink, Good, etc.) - Ability to write and verbally communicate information security and risk-related concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and demonstrate poise and ability to act calmly and competently in a fast paced environment. Special consideration will be given to candidates with any, or multiple, of the following qualifications: - Experience implementing or architecting usability/user experience requirements for mobile browsers - Experience providing enterprise services and data to approved devices. - Experience ensuring compliance of mobile devices that access enterprise wireless access points. - Experience implementing multi-factor authentication for mobile applications - Experience configuring and enforcing VPN technologies/policies on corporate issued mobile assets - Experience evaluating the security risks/cost benefits of implementing BYOD - Experience architecting or implementing mobile applications that rely on cloud-based software and/or data - Experience performing mobile forensics or mobile malware reverse engineering. - Experience obtaining and centralizing mobile device audit data and associated capabilities Leidos Overview: Leidos is a global science and technology solutions leader working to solve the world's toughest challenges in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, civil, and health markets.
