Duties and Responsibilities: Cloud Site Administrator: Must have experience managing web applications in a cloud environment (eg, Microsoft Azure), to include, but not limited to developing, maintaining, and backing up databases in the cloud; migrating, updating, and backing up websites in the cloud; monitoring and reporting cloud usage metrics; and day to day administration and maintenance activities of a cloud site. Must have demonstrated ability to update and manage applications ensuring operational condition and compatibility to DOD standards. Specific web development requirements include experience working with latest version of Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Designer. Must be able to maintain webpages using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Must have strong knowledge of HTML 5, Bootstrap and JavaScript frameworks within the SharePoint platform. Must have strong knowledge of ASP.NET Development (C#), MVC, MS SQL, LLBL GENPro or equivalent ORM, Azure application maintenance, Front End Web Design, and Wire-framing mockup design. Individual certification for the software platforms above is preferred. Other responsibilities as may be appropriate for this position. Location of job performance Washington DC/Arlington VA Qualifications: * 4 year Degree in related technical/business field * 8+ years of related work experience is required. * Demonstrated ability to update and manage applications ensuring operational condition and compatibility to DOD standards. * Microsoft SharePoint and CCNA Cloud certification preferred.
